About the client

ecosio is a technology company specializing in tailored electronic data interchange (EDI) solutions for businesses. Their all-in-one EDI service combines a well-designed network, user-friendly software, and expert support, helping companies avoid the challenges of managing EDI in-house.

Goal

The goal of the video was to explain ecosio’s EDI as a service in a professional yet approachable manner, demonstrating the benefits of a fully managed solution. The video was designed to resonate with potential customers, giving them clear reasons to choose ecosio over traditional self-managed EDI systems.

Challenges

The main challenge was to make a highly technical process (EDI) easy to understand for a B2B audience without oversimplifying.
