Showcasing the product by guiding a viewer through its features. Why did we choose this path?
Having a variety of high-quality goods in your online shop is not enough to gain more clients than your competitors. What matters is how fast you can offer clients what they come forโfrom a pair of jeans to a new laptop for all their professional needs. To help online retailers deal with this task, Neocom (โNeocom – Enabling Effortless Discovery.โย Logo of Neocom, 2024) offers a white-label solution that requires no code for its integration. It serves as a 24/7 available virtual assistant for website visitors, speeding their purchase decisions and boosting their satisfaction and loyalty.
To present their handy digital solution for marketplaces and retailers at an industry conference, the Neocom team contracted Blue Carrot to create a promo video highlighting their productโs most significant features. Native visual assistant integration, minimalistic yet adjustable design, and flexibility were among them. In addition, it was necessary to do without a voice-over since most event visitors could watch it but not hear the soundtrack. In addition, the video guided viewers through the solutionโs analytics.
From conference promo to a multifunctional explainer
The long-form video developed by Blue Carrot performed well, so after the conference where it was broadcast, Neocom requested a more flexible version. This time, the purpose of the video was to explain how the visual assistant can contribute to oneโs clientsโ experience and raise sales. Neocom planned to integrate the explainer video into its website page and social media communication.
๐ Like the first version of the video, the explainer featured a digital product demo. It included additional animation to clarify some scenes and make their messages easy to comprehend. The voice-over, scene shortening, and dynamic music also served this goal. Both videos took the Blue Carrot team around 6 work weeks to develop, with the work scope covering the entire production cycle.
