About the client
Sievo is a global leader in procurement analytics for large enterprises, helping organizations make smarter purchasing decisions through advanced data consolidation and insight generation.
Goal
Position Sievo as the go-to procurement analytics solution for large enterprises. The goal was to explain Sievoβs complex solution in a simple, engaging, and visually driven way. The video needed to resonate with corporate decision-makers, quickly conveying the platformβs value proposition.
Challenges
The project included two deliverables:
- A full-length explainer with voiceover
- A shortened, soundless version for event use
The event version required particular attention: it had to communicate clearly without relying on voiceover or sound. That meant everythingβfrom the UI highlights to scene transitionsβhad to be self-explanatory and visually cohesive.

We finalized the visual descriptions and voiceover text at this stage. This included refining how abstract concepts (like procurement data mapping) would be visualized.

Storyboard & Styleframes
The storyboard defined the framing and flow of each shot. Styleframes locked in the final visual style, built from references provided by the client.

Based on the storyboard and styleframes, we produced the final visuals, aligning closely with Sievoβs UI and branding.

Motion Design & Sound
All movements and transitions were crafted to bring clarity to the story. We added music and sound design only after animation was approvedβthough the shorter version was intentionally kept silent.

Results
We delivered two versions of the video in just 2.5 months:
- A complete explainer with voiceover for the website and sales use
- A shorter, soundless version optimized for trade shows and corporate events
Both videos helped Sievo clearly articulate the value of their platform to different audience segments.
