About the client

The UN Global Compact Network Ukraine is the official Ukrainian representative of the United Nations Global Compact — the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, uniting 22,000 companies across 162 countries, with 150 Ukrainian participants. The network promotes ESG principles and helps businesses align their strategies with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Goal

UNGC Ukraine approached Blue Carrot to help launch a comprehensive ESG online school — a structured, multi-course educational platform designed to help Ukrainian businesses understand and apply ESG standards in practice.

The school is built around three pillars of ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance. The Environmental course is the first to be released; the Social course is currently in production. The platform is live and accessible at esg360.org.ua.

Challenges

  • Translating complex expert materials into an engaging, structured learning experience without losing accuracy or practical value.
  • Building a scalable course architecture that could support a growing school
  • Coordinating curriculum development, visual design, and professional studio production across multiple workstreams.

What we did

We developed the full learning experience from the ground up: learning strategy, curriculum architecture, lesson blueprints, scripts, and storyboards. Professional video content was filmed in a studio by our production partners, with Blue Carrot supervising the entire production process. The platform was built and designed using LearnWorlds.

Our approach

Focus on storytelling and interactivity

We design the course not only to present information but also to engage learners through real business case studies, quizzes, and exercises. The goal is to make abstract ESG concepts tangible and actionable.

Adaptation to the audience

Knowing that participants range from business professionals to the general public, we tailored content complexity and examples to ensure clarity without losing depth.

Collaborative and research-driven methodology

We worked closely with partner’s subject-matter experts (SMEs) to verify content accuracy and identify key learning objectives.
