Property Shell is an all-in-one platform designed specifically for property developers and project marketers. It streamlines the entire sales and project management process—from marketing and buyer communications to stock allocation, contracts, payments, and settlements.
Goal
The objective was to clearly communicate how the platform helps users manage projects more efficiently, speed up sales cycles, and make data-driven decisions. The ultimate goal: empower teams to close more deals with less friction.

We delivered two key assets: a logo animation and a 1-minute explainer video that clearly communicates Property Shell’s values. The explainer is now live on their website, helping drive awareness, improve user understanding, and support sales conversations. Despite the tight timeline, the project was completed on schedule.
