How long does it take to design and launch a blended learning solution program?

We define the timeline for each project individually. Based on our experience, usually a simple blended course redesign can take a few weeks to complete, but a more complex program built from scratch may take up to several months. 

Can blended e-learning work for frontline or non-desk employees?

Learning doesn’t have to be tied to desks, that’s why blended solutions work for frontline employees. With blended e-learning, learners get the space to dive into the topic through asynchronous modules, reinforced by practical, facilitated sessions, and on-the-job application. The e-learning component can be consumed through mobile devices. The learning results in better performance, faster skill acquisition, and impact you can measure across the business.

How do you measure the effectiveness of blended programs?
