About the client

Scratchpay is a tool that helps pet owners finance large, unexpected vet bills. Scratchpay requested a video to explain their innovative payment service in an easy-to-understand way to their target audience of veterinarians.

Goal

The video needed to convey how Scratchpay can help vets with clients who find themselves in unexpected situations without losing revenue.

Detail of our work

We produced a 64-second explainer video with a playful, pet-friendly tone that reflected Scratchpay’s approachable brand. To support social media promotion, we also created a shorter, 25-second cut tailored for quick viewing.

From scripting and voiceover recording to animation, our team handled the entire production process, focusing on crafting a unique visual style that stood out.

To add a personalized touch, we developed custom avatars for the Scratchpay teamβ€”and took it a step further by featuring those avatars as characters in the video itself.

Results

The results spoke for themselves: the video achieved an 86% average viewer engagement rate, a 34% play rate, and an impressive 8.5% click rate on all calls to action.
