Maia Synergy — UI animation explainer case study

Wichealth (Maia Synergy) is a web-based platform that delivers interactive nutrition education to participants of the WIC program (Women, Infants, and Children) across the United States. The platform is designed to make health and nutrition information accessible, engaging, and easy to follow for families receiving WIC benefits. 

The client approached Blue Carrot to produce a series of videos that would clearly explain how to use their digital product.

Blue Carrot’s team managed the full-cycle production of three explainer videos, along with their Spanish-language adaptations. The client was closely involved in script development, contributing their deep product knowledge to shape clear and informative messaging. We used real UI assets provided by the client to ensure visual accuracy and user relevance. The process included scripting, storyboarding, custom illustration, animation, voiceover recording, and sound design.

The final videos provided a clear and engaging overview of the product in two languages. The use of the actual UI helped new users quickly understand the functionality, improving their onboarding experience. The collaborative approach to scripting and full-cycle production ensured consistency across all videos.
